gosh, my wife's 2021 Genesis G90 Ultimate got absolutely dinged last night!
Someone backed right into it in a restaurant parking lot. The hit was hard enough that her driver's door got jammed (it only opens an inch now), and the trunk actually popped open!
So, I figured with that kind of impact, the car alarm would've gone off, right? But you know what... there's nothing! Not a peep.
Is that a wrong assumption on my part? I always thought modern cars had impact sensors that would trigger the alarm. Thanks for any insight!
