Faulty parking sensors?

While stopped at an intersection, the bumper parking sensors occasionally go off and display a visual alert even when nothing is around. It doesn’t happen every time, just randomly. The dealership mentioned that Teslas might interfere due to using the same radar frequency. And honestly, it does seem to act up when a Tesla is nearby. But the odd thing is, it sometimes happens even when no Teslas are around.

Maybe your sensors are dirty or there is moisture, maybe the system being overly sensitive too, I gave mine a good cleaning and it cut down on the false alerts a bit, but didn't totally stop them, seems like one of those quirks we just have to live with unless the dealer decides to issue a software tweak or something, I'd be watching for a permanent fix though

Hey I had this same experience, the whole beeping thing, i just took it to the dealer and they replaced the sensor, but I dont know about a crack. After replacing the sensor it was back to normal though
