No media source error

My 2019 G90's been having this weird issue. So you see whenever I plug my iPhone in for CarPlay, the USB connection says "no media source," even mid drive. used different cables and the dealer checked this as well, looked fine to them and we just did a software update but it's still happening.
Anyone else dealt with this?

Have you had a chance to carefully clean out your phone's port or try resetting the network settings on the phone itself?

yeah, I agree with @aLtruistic-speLL , if there's nothing wrong with the car or the cable, you need to reset the phone
