Extended warranty and common problems

I'm close to getting a 2022 G90, 3.3T premium which is in my budget and I want to get it. Before I do there are two things I'd like to ask. First is how's the longevity on these engines and are there any common problems. Also, the dealer is offering me some extended warranty. Is it worth considering it?

The 3.3T's generally great if you keep up with maintenance, but watch for carbon buildup and cooling issues over time. Extended warranty can be worth it, repairs on these aren't cheap once the factory coverage ends
