Question about Genesis dealerships

This would be my first new car, meaning it would be the first car that has a warranty, so I'm curious about the experience with dealerships. Regular service, charging, overcharging, warranty, stuff like that?

Congratulations on your G90 and welcome to the club!
The dealership experience is generally pretty good but it can vary.
The main thing to remember is the Genesis Service Valet, I think it's a massive perk!
So for the first three years, they will pick up your car from your home or office for any service needs, leave you a loaner, and bring it back to you when it's all done.
I've found this a huge convenience and really sets the brand apart from many others.
The warranty is top-notch, with 5-year or 60k bumper-to-bumper and 10-year or 100k powertrain.
You also get complimentary scheduled maintenance for the first three years or 36,000 miles.
Just be sure to follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual to keep everything in good standing!
For day-to-day experience, it comes down to the specific dealership.
I've made it a point to build a good relationship with them early on, which has been really helpful!
Try to do a quick search online for local dealer reviews so you can get an idea about your options.
